Preference.
1. SAUCES. On everything.
2. Any movie with Kathy Bates. Or Bette Midler.
3. The crazy note Celine Dion sustains in "All By Myself." Chicken skin, all over my body.
4. Law & Order SVU.
5. Hot summers and air conditioned rooms.
Irritants.
1. When people say "I could care less" when what they really mean to say is "I couldn't care less."
2. The misuse of your and you're and there, their and they're.
3. The phrase "I'ma do me." Really? What else were you gonna do?
4. When someone calls you but is too distracted by their surroundings, carrying on conversations with other people. Either talk or hang up the phone.
5. Sloppy drunks. Know your limits.
I hate being the know-it-all who corrects everyone's grammar, but it absolutely drives me crazy when people say "I could care less." Other irritants: "ast" instead of "ask," and "supposively" and other mispronunciations.
